Bob Otto Sr. started Otto Glass in 1960 on Pantigo Rd., which is now the present site of Peconic Beverage. A year later he relocated down to N. Main Street, which is currently the barbershop next to the empire gas station. In 1966 he moved a final time to our present location, where the initial building was about 1/3 of the size it is currently and has been gradually expanding over the years. At the time it was the only business of it's kind on the East End, and everyone was using Otto Glass for all their glass needs. It has remained here over the years, owned and operated, as a family owned business. Chances are, a part of your house has been done by Robert E. Otto Glass. © 2005, Robert E. Otto, Inc. Glass
