Serving Montauk to Southampton, we have a lot of ground to cover. Here's a list of things that we need you to do, to help us better assist you.
| Access |
If you don't live out here full time (7 days a week), we need access to get into your house to take our measurements. This includes either a caretaker letting us into the house, leaving a key here at our office, or hiding a key on site and letting us know where it is. Also, if you have an alarm, we will need the code. If you do live here, we can let you know when we are coming 30 minutes ahead of time. Unfortunately, we cannot make appointments. If you have questions about your job, you may talk to someone in our showroom to work out any details.
| Window replacements |
If we are going to your house to measure for a new or replacement window, you must mark the window so it is visible from the inside and outside so there is no question as to what window we are looking at. This helps cut down on any confusion, lets us get our job done, and lets your job get done faster.
| Showers |
If we are measuring for shower/tub enclosures, we can only do so if the shower/tub is completely finished. This includes any tile & curb work. Our staff is available in the office from 8-4:30, Mon-Fri, and 8-12:00 on Saturday, to help you design the shower enclosure. Layouts will be done in our office.
| Proposal |
Once we have all our measurements and information regarding your job, we will contact you with an estimate. In order to start your job, we will need you to review all details on the proposal. If all is correct, we ask you sign the proposal and give a 50% deposit, by cash, credit card or check.
| Installation |
Should you decide to go ahead with your job, we will need access into your home. Scheduling is determined by the weather, emergencies and completing jobs already in progress. We will not know when we will be installing until the morning of the install. We will give you a call in the morning to let you know that we will be there that day for installation. If this is a problem, you may also leave a key here in our office, or on site. If any alarms, a code will be needed as well. |
